As an Event Master Certified Specialist, Jim has a talent for making complex productions look effortless. He anticipates challenges before they arise, offers smart, practical solutions, and somehow manages to stay remarkably cool while doing it.

A Full Sail University alumni now based in Colorado, Will specializes in event technologies and everything related to computers, data, and video. When he’s not working, he enjoys gaming with friends and exploring computer programming.
Known for his creative approach to problem-solving, Will thrives on turning ambitious ideas into practical solutions. If you have a vision for your show, he’s unlikely to say it can’t be done—and even more likely to help bring it to life.
Ian Wells
Broadcast & Production Media Specialist
A Drake University alumnus now based in Colorado, Ian specializes in broadcast, media, and production, creatively leveraging computer and video technologies to deliver solutions that captivate and engage audiences.
Driven by curiosity and a love for innovation, Ian is always exploring new technologies and ideas. When he’s not operating show systems, he’s often designing stunning high-resolution visual assets or experimenting with cameras, projection, software, and LED technologies to push events to the next level.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys snowboarding, gaming, creating music, hiking Colorado trails, and spending time running with his wife and two dogs.
